Milano Damaged During Shipping

I ordered a sample set of Milano chips. Unfortunately the $5,000 and $10,000 chips were both broken. This is likely the fault of the shipper. My USPS shipment was lost for over a week. The package looked a little beat up upon arrival. The chips were packaged well. The Milano chips look great, feel good, sound good. I am nervous about durability. I need to drop test a few from table height on to concrete before investing in more of them. As always Chipcave had great customer service!
