Great technique

I love how Dave simplifies using the darkest values in each area and applies it to the whole passage. Makes so much sense! I now use this same method in my pastel underpaintings since like oils you paint from dark to light. I learned so much about the warm and cool colors of snow. This is my second video of his and I highly recommend any of his teachings. Thank you Dave!
