Single Stem Forever Roses

The roses were nice. I paid 30$ for guaranteed delivery by valentines day. I received them 4 days after valentines day. I sent 4 emails regarding my order with no response. 3 days after I received the flowers, I received an email stating I would be issued a 30% refund. It has been almost 2 weeks and still no refund . I sent another email asking when I should expect the refund and still haven't heard anything. All in all, decent product, very expensive shipping, and terrible customer service. Will not buy again.
