52V 21Ah Whale Shark Ebike Battery (LG 3500 18650 Cells)

I shopped your web site for the largest 52 volt battery you had available which I mistakenly thought was this 21AMH. I have been riding for two years with your 24.5AMH 48 VOLT battery (17,000 miles ridden last year) so I am experienced using the battery. I did not see the 24.5 AMH battery as I shopped so I purchased the 21AMH. I'm disappointed in the performance of this battery and I wanted to return it for the 24.5 battery. This battery does not come close to performing like the 24.5. I rode at the same assist level as I always do and there is a significant difference in the 21AMH batteries performance. I have been told "to bad" you will not make it possible for me to get what I wanted because of my ordering mistake, does not make me happy. The 52v does not come close to the 48v 24.5 even though you told me they should perform similarly, they just don't. I've completed two rides using the same assist level, traveling the same route, and pushing the same speed (17.2 mph average for 50 miles) and the 52v was ten miles less than the 24.5 48v. I would like to swap the 21amp 52v for a24.5v whale shark and pay whatever difference you want to charge me.
