Boning and Fillet knife

It feels good in my hand. Seems solid and sharp. Haven’t use it but will update how the blade stays sharp after several use.

Good knife

I love the handle on this knife. I’m not used to such a stiff knife but I’m getting used to it. Holds an edge fairly well.

Got wrong knife delivered, customer service sent out the correct knife about a week later. Great products and company.
