Pope Francis Rosary in Black Stones

The Pope Francis in Black Rosary arrived in four pieces when I removed it from the box. I was very sad to see the condition. I was able to piece it back together, but it took quite a long time. I will still purchase rosaries when the need arises, I just pray they come in one piece. I received a quick response about my rosary. I was refunded the cost of the rosary and they apologized for the condition it arrived in. I appreciate the credit and quick response. This shows me that Mondo Cattolico care very much about their products. I will again purchase rosaries from them in the future when the need arises. Jim Stewart
