Pilates Reformer + 28 Day Challenge

I absolutely love my Pilates reformer! I can’t do all the exercises due to double knee replacements but I sure love all I can do! So much easier than the sliding discs and a whole lot safer. Saffer than my exercise bands as well. This reformer was well worth the price!

I’m excited to use the whole system that I bought and see my fitness progress!!
