Boone's "Beaver Lodge" Holster

Review

Quality of the leather, expertise when it came to custom designing a holster, and time frame were all very good, however when I recieved the holster the thumb break snap did not function properly. Unsnaps just from walking yet alone needing it to actually be a safety mechanism. Tried contacting about it and was told to send pictures, never heard from them again. I now have a 500 dollar holster i can't even use because it's not safe.

Excellent holster

This is my third Southern Trapper holster - each one for a different pistol. Craftsmanship is excellent, and the touch of beaver tail adds a bit of distinction for the holster. The fit to the pistol is just right; the fit to my body using IWB is perfect when placed at the 4 o’clock position; and the holster stays open for reholstering after a draw. I’d recommend any holster they make.
