Gorgeous smocking and details!

So precious! The material is great quality and cooling. The sleeves are flouncy and stay upright for the most part, which adds to the beauty of this dress! The smocking and details are gorgeous! There is a tie in the back, so I bought the next size up so our girl can wear it this year and next.
