Good tent for cost. Extra size is a bonus.
I really like the extra size in this tent. 55 x 28 x 80 vs the typical size 48 x 24 x 72 It helps all the way around giving more room to work inside as well as another 6" of height for the lights and ventilation gear. The size is the reason I chose this tent. That being said the quality is a step down in just about every way from my AC Infinity tent. On the AC Infinity the zipper travels smoother, the tent fabric is thicker, the support bars are thicker, and the reflective pattern reflects light better. If AC Infinity had this same sized tent I would pay more for the AC Infinity, but at it's price point this tent is solid, functional, and seems to have decent durability. Get this tent if you appreciate the extra space, or are more sensitive to price point. Setup of the tent went fairly well. I did it by myself. It takes a while to walk the fabric into the correct position moving from corner to corner bit by bit, but I got there over 20 minutes or so. I did this with the tent on it's back which was helpful. The window in the front has a vent screen instead of a sealed plastic window. I suppose this could be useful for ventilation, but ventilation is typically brought in from the bottom. I'm not quite sure if I prefer a screen or sealed window there. There are adequate vent flaps and round 6" intake ports. A small port high in the back can let power cords out. It would be nice to have an easy method to secure the door to the corner when open. Also no built in pouches, minor inconvenience.
