When I bought my new car, I was disappointed to learn that there were windshield wiper micro-scratches visible on the glass. Most obvious when driving in bright sunshine. Assuming that this was the result of operating the wipers over a dry, dusty, and possibly dirty, windshield. What to do? I read up on glass polishing and soon bought products from Carzilla to accomplish that task. Ergo, the windshield was restored and perfectly clear. However, it also became necessary to protect the windshield from any future wiper damage. Searching Carzilla’s products I began looking for something that would be as durable as a ceramic coating. I then found DQUARTZ GForce Glass Coating on their website. Which I bought. The product contains nanoparticles with diamond hard material that bonds to the glass. The application of this product is pretty much the same as applying a ceramic coating to paint. Because of the durability of this product after applying, importantly, it is abrasion resistant, UV and chemical resistant also. An unexpected benefit is “hydrophobicity, which means "water repellent". The manufacturer advises that, in city driving in the rain, water drops quickly slide off the surface keeping the windshield clear -- this making use of wipers unnecessary. I’m extremely pleased with what this product has done for my car. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to ensure that a clear, unblemished windshield stays that way.

Easy to apply

This product is much easier to apply and buff off than the previous Carpro Fly by Forte. The small content is really only good for topping up an existing coating. Wishing I had bought the larger bottle, was barely able to apply 1 later on 8 planes of glass.

Great Glass Coating!

Noticed my current coating wasn’t doing great in the rain and being in the PNW, I opted for a new coating. I polished the coating off, used a diluted alcohol mixture to get the residue off and applied the coating. It flashed immediately and buff off was super hard, but still doable. Next morning Was able to drive off. It is true, even little droplets fly off at 30mph. Would recommend for anyone who has consistent rain!
