I bought this tree as a gift and it arrived absolutely perfect and beautiful. The person I gifted it to absolutely loves it and months later it still looks vibrant and happy.

Gorgeous and healthy!!

I ordered two huge umbrella trees, before consulting the weather or the distance they would travel. It turns out they were tasked with a journey from Florida to a small town in the northern Arizona mountains, during one of the worst winter storms of the year. I resigned myself that they would probably arrive near death. To my surprise, I’ve arrived perfectly healthy and much larger than I thought. The second did not fare as well, but Rooted quickly responded and (even though I didn’t think it was their fault) they sent a gorgeous replacement. Both are now thriving. They all arrived well packaged and moist. I kept them in a quiet darker corner while they recovered, and now they are just as happy as I am. Customer for life now!
