I had a great time and picked up a useful new skill. Used the store credit immediately to pick up my own sharpening gear and was able to sharpen the rest of my kitchen knives at home after!

Did the cutting class, loved it so much that I booked the sharpening class. Truly reccomend

Knife Sharpening class and Nakuri Knife purchase

The class was amazing and we can’t wait to try the knife skill class later this summer. However my Nakui knife purchase while amazing has a dull edge in the centre . It’s not a major issue and will be fixed once I finish collecting all the sharpening tools I was disappointed it came that way, I was hoping to have a few amazing months with the knife before it needed a good tune up. Perhaps it was because I chose the knife that was on display vs the other two.
