Fantastic service with a personal touch

I ordered some specialist food for my poorly tortoise from Sarah and Craig who tun 'everything bunny rabbit' but sadly my tortoise passed away without the need for the food. As the food was still unopened and within their returns policy I contacted them for a refund. They were swift to respond, ordering sympathy for the loss of my pet and after I returned the food they contacted me to say it had been received and my refund would be processed according. Fantastic service with that personal touch very seldomly found these days. Highly recommended.
