Beautiful scooter

My 8 yr old son was over the moon with the scooter. It arrived 2 days early and was thrilled on how light it was compared to his previous scooter. I had not ordered from their website before so was a bit hesitant. However, the experience with the Vault website was fabulous. I emailed inquiring about how long the delivery would take as we’re based in the UAE and they replied immediately. The welcome discount didn’t work for me at the checkout so I asked if I could have that discount refunded and to my surprise they did. The shipping cost was all included at the checkout so no extra surprise costs on delivery. A truly smooth experience with the delivery and a fantastic product. Will definitely be ordering from them again.
