Once you get your fit right
Stretch material is one of the greatest innovation in world history next to central air conditioning. Sene’s Athleisure fabric suits are so comfortable that you forget it’s actually a suit.
The trick is being patient on getting your fit right. Once you’re locked in on the jacket and pants fit, you’re golden with any of the FlexTech suit pieces. The tuxedo is no exception.
Admittedly, I have not worn it out yet, but all indications suggest that it will be as good as my other Soho FlexTech suits. I was a bit concerned about machine washing it with the shawl collar fabric, but I was extra careful with the process. Washing separateky, I used Woolite for colors, cold water and a low tumble dry on an anti wrinkle setting - removing promptly once finished.
One last nite, the suits are especially good for travel. I wouldn't say that they are wrinkle-free, but they hold up quite well after a day going from planes to taxis to meetings and back.
These suits are designed to be James Bond creased and crisp given the material, but I don’t think they’ll be any complaints on e paired with formal shoes and a tuxedo shirt. I’ll sacrifice a starched pants crease for stretch comfort all day.
