I have loved Carolina Dirt since it first came out. No other commercial rub comes close! They all get too spicy or too sweet. Carolina Dirt is the perfect balance of sweet and heat for all my pork smoking needs. One time I was able to buy it in the giant competition container, but you guys stopped selling that. Bring it back for us heavy users!
