Magnesium Lotion

Magnesium supplements give me diarrhea. So my sleep consultant recommended trying a magnesium ointment. I have started using it as part of my routine and so far I am pleased. Ordering was easy. The product arrived quickly. It is easy to use. I like that it’s a pump rather than an aerosol and that it gives a similar amount of lotion each time. Hopefully it will help with my restless leg syndrome and sleep issues. That, I will report on later.

I looooove this product. I've used it for years as needed for joint and muscle discomfort. I don't know why it works, but it absolutely does for me!
