Do you know how long it takes to make beer?

You delayed my order, and so my brewing was only a week and a half ago as I work Saturdays and was on call and so I had to put off when I could brew. I’m finding your emails annoying asking about my opinion, since I don’t have any idea until the beer is ready to drink. You are loosing me as a customer and I wish the Ann Arbor store was still open as they were awesome!
