This dress wouldnt fit a toddler. Im usually a medium, size 10 and bought a large in this just incase and i could not even zip it past the waist. My 13 year old who wears a 0 could wear this with minor alterarions. Not sure if the one I received is sized incorrectly. If you have a larger chest, regarless of size - skip this one. Its cute but absolutley no room for the girls at all.
