TBH I think it’s helping, just not 100% sure. I do believe ingesting less sugar helps too (whether it’s in a drink or food). So, I’m going to continue taking it for now.

Did not work on me. Made me anxious and I had more hot flashes than usual. I lost my money I still have the bottles unopened, just try the first one for a month and I had to stop it. Not working for me unfortunately. Lost my money there.

It works but wish is little bit more affordable, it’s expensive
