Thermella 3 Month Plan

Started Thermella March 28. Experiencing 9 or 10 hot flashes per day. It is now July 12. Most days I have no hot flashes. Some days I have one or two. Amazing results. Very pleased!!

I feel as though I am participating in a hormone replacement research program, and I received the sugar pill! I've been using the supplement for approximately three months. One month was samples from my medical practitioner. Two months of purchased product. I have yet to experience any decreased hot flashes or nights sweats. In fact, an hour after each dose, I sweat more than my regular hot flash! Ridiculously hotter! I am disappointed and totally frustrated. The product is a costly faux supplement. Not worth the troubled and expense.

After 3 years, I still have nightly hot flashes

But I keep taking the pills because I know it would be worse if I didn't. I saw my gynecologist yesterday, and she couldn't offer any solution. I have written to you previously and received a response (presumably) written by AI reminding me to take two pills every night. How stupid do you think I am? Just desperate enough to be grateful for the limited relief that I get.
