truly excellent!
This has become my go-to pepper for all cooking. While very good on my ribeyes, and other cuts, it is also good on bacon and eggs, potato salad, everything.

its great!
used it with salt of some short ribs that i smoked. It was excellent - great texture!
Can wait to use it on my brisket this weekend!!!
