Hadn’t received order & lack off communication

I hadn’t received my order yet. However I’ve made serval attempts to request for information regarding my orders actually ship date. It would’ve been helpful if the merchant communicated prior to the order if specific items are on back order. A shipping label was created over 2 weeks ago but that’s about it. This review is based on my experience thus far.

Horrible Experience

Ordered a jacket in March. Emailed multiple times; no response. After searching them out of instagram I finally received a response. I asked for a refund and was told that they I already received one. Sent bank statements showing that they have my money and almost 3 months later… no jacket, no refund!!!!!!! Ridiculous!!!!
