I made a late decision to purchase this scope before a hunting event only a few days out. I made contact through the online chat function on the website and received an immediate response at 9 o’clock at night. The chat continued until almost 10 o’clock when the decision to make the purchase was made. The person I chatted with was extremely helpful and facilitated everything to get the deal done to allow for an overnight shipment the next morning. The scope arrived on time, and I was quite pleased with the exchange. Upon removing the scope, the rubber eye cup was not attached and although I attempted to attach it, it wouldn’t stay on. I ended up losing it riding around hunting during the weekend, which was disappointing. I reached out Monday morning to purchase another one and was told a replacement would be sent free of charge. That wasn’t necessary, but greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Night Vision Universe and will use them in the future for all of my thermal purchases.
