The wrong brand of incense was delivered and reached out through email to have it fixed. The correct brand was mailed out first thing the next morning. I've never had such quick and courteous customer service and I really appreciated it. They also gave me a discount for my next purchase that never expires, and told me to keep or gift the incense I didn't want.
