I bought these because the Toe Bro on Youtube recommended this company. I have already bought 2 of his products; the foot file and foam. So I bought a pair of ankle socks and a pair of compression socks. Both work wonders if they are work socks. I work in the kitchens on my feet 8 hours a day at times with no mats. I have a pair of non slip nursing shoes that are slightly big on my feet. These socks filled the space and were comfortable, cushion my foot and my feet were not tired for the first time. The next day I used the compression socks. Total game changer! They were not itchy on my calves, there was support but I didn't notice it and at the end of the day my feet did not hurt at all. Only caveat is both pairs shrank in the wash. Warm water and low dryer and they are smaller and then I put them on and they stretched back out but noticeably a tad smaller.
