I don't notice a difference when I take this. I want to say it is working or helping, but I really am not certain. I am still only a few days in- so I will finish this container and go from there.

Good flavor, great addition

Just started taking this. I can already feel the difference when I take it. My gut seems to calm down. Flavor is pretty good, but results are better. Great product.
