I don't notice a difference when I take this. I want to say it is working or helping, but I really am not certain. I am still only a few days in- so I will finish this container and go from there.

Very high quality & pure!! Taste is very tolerable in chocolate protien shake with Vitamin D milk (12-16oz) creatine and colostrum! All 3 together mixes super easy in a shaker cup and cleans easy to! Colostrum definetly changes the taste, but a extra half scoop of protien helps and its honestly not bad at all once its all mixed up good!!
