Good and bad

I was told when I purchased these chairs I could use them as all purpose shampoo chairs. Your website states the back height at 17 inches, currently mine are 16 1/4 inch. After assembling three chairs and putting them in we realize the first day you cannot use them as shampoo chairs as the back height is, just a hair 20 inches. They may work for clients 5‘8“ or taller but not shorter, 3 1/4 inches makes a huge difference. Your website has to be changed. I love the chairs, but they are unusable for my purposes.

Over all experience the chairs where easy to assemble. Made out of real heavy materiel seam real sturdy. So far so good only had them a couple of days now only time will tell on durability, overall really satisfied with my purchase.
