Genmaicha with Uji Matcha - 200g

Perfect cup of tea!

I bought three packs as this tea cannot be substituted, and like the last time I bought this tea, am trying two new types of green tea as well. (I ate the green tea chocolate at an indecent rate, delicious! Well worth adding to complement this wonderful tea).

Genmaicha Uji Matcha

Thé doux et parfumé. Cependant, j'aurais préféré un meilleur équilibre riz soufflé / thé vert. En effet, j'ai de la peine à discerner la petite pointe d'âcreté que j'attends du Matcha et qui vient se marier à la douceur du riz. Mais ce n'est qu'une question de préférence personnelle.

This tea is really very good. The taste is sutle and full of aroma, I truly love the smell of tostaed rice and the refined color. One of the best of its kind. I also used it to cook seafood risotto adding to the rice as part of the fish broth. Superb!
