If you are a muscular guy and have good leg definition the 3" is great. not to short or too long. Very comfortable. great fit.

Great fit as always with these trunks. They are short enough that they don't stick to your legs when wet, they provide plenty of support underneath, and look great. This is my 7th pair and I will be back for more.
