A shirt was put in my order that I didn't order. The one I ordered wasn't in the box. I emailed them, and no questions asked, they made it right so quickly. In this day and age, I feel like customer service has gone so downhill. Not with birddogs. Yes, the quality of clothes are exactly as they promise. My husband LOVES his clothes. I will order from them for their quality, but the customer service made me have so much confidence in this company, that really motivates me to order again! You won't regret what you purchase! It's worth the money.

This polo shirt met my expectations. The fabric is soft, my son said very comfortable. The fit is flattering.
