Its really cool product it let me backup my collection. At first the nes and famicom games said bad crc. I asked support and were super cool, first had me update sdcard didn't work, then update the firmware and it worked after we found a error with not having a rtc. before he knew i had rtc on my unit the system looked dead it's screen was off, but he figured it out, and ever since its been backing things up with ease.
