I ordered two shirts as a birthday gift for my wife and contacted customer service before the order shipped, even offering to pay for expedited shipping to ensure it arrived on time. My request was ignored. The order then arrived incomplete—I received only one of the two shirts I paid for, with no explanation or update about the missing item. Instead of reviewing their own records, they asked me to provide a photo of the package to prove I had only received one shirt, which I found both insulting and unprofessional. This experience showed a complete lack of accountability and customer care. I won’t be doing business with this company again, and I cannot recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service.
