SVAROG “Gypsy Soul 2” motorcycle tent

So ist es ganz gut. Die Verarbeitung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Der Boden geht nach einmaligem Gebrauch kaputt und die Schlaufen für die Heringe reissen an den Nähten ab. Im ganzen ist es sein Geld nicht wert. Schade eigentlich, weil die Idee ist gut.

A great concept

I have only tried this tent out but not slept in it yet. I love the idea of its simplicity. Personally I would say it’s really a one person with plenty of room for luggage. Two people might be pushing it for comfort. The tent sags dramatically at the low side and would seriously benefit from a rope attachment mid way to help keep it from sagging. The material that flaps over the bike is a great idea and should keep the bike dry if it rains. I can’t help feeling that a couple of lightweight poles could be put to good use but that is maybe getting away from the concept that was intended to keep it simple. I may sound a bit negative but I don’t mean to. This tent is lightweight, compact and appears to be well made. I can’t wait to try it out for real. It certainly looks the part.
