I love how comfortable they are but the back strap keeps sliding off no matter if i tighten it or not.

weird smell and not best quality
looked cute in the picture but not a fan of the quality, also don’t like that refunds automatically are store credit even though i wouldn’t want to change out for a different shoe

I really wanted to like these but when I tried them on they just didn't look good on me and the heel strap kept sliding off my heel so tje shoes were no good to walk in. But I'm absolutely IN LOVE with the others pair I got, the Itzel Whites
