Spikeyring with Dual Pads

I carry these spiky stims everywhere with me attached to my bag. They're excellent at helping me with overwhelm, stress, or difficult situations such as medical procedures. I like that they are two different materials (silicone, and 3D printed plastic) for two different intensities of stim. They're a good size for squeezing in my hands to feel the safe sting!

I love this dual fidget especially the extra spikey side. Really helps me with grounding.
