In order this ring and was so thrilled to receive it. Unfortunately, the original package got lost in USPS. I reached out immediately to the Aurate team. They moved quickly to acknowledge the error, ordered me a new ring, and it was shipped in 6 weeks per their promise. It arrived via a more reliable carrier and was perfect.
