Great Product, Great Service!

I recently borrowed a friend’s silicone T markers on a film shoot. I thought they were great and decided to order my own set from FocusRat. I was unaware that FocusRat was a European company. My T markers ended up with a tariff added that cost more than the item! When I explained the problem to Bence at FocusRat, they covered the cost of the tariff! They were very generous and their customer service was exceptional. I would highly recommend their products. However, I suggest that US residents use one of their US affiliates (such as B+H) to avoid the added fees.

Perfect for what i needed and expected. Delivery was quick and direct with regular updates on progress. Will definitely order more from focus rat in the future!
