Love it. Frees up so much space on my desk. Would HIGHLY recommend watch their YouTube channel rather than the paper instruction sheet. No complaints so far but only a disclaimer: Make sure you plug everything up after you balance your monitor because mine was sagging afterwards and it seemed like too much of a hassle to fix it, so it’s been sagging. But this is a user error not Mount-It’s! Fault. I would love to review more of their products in the future because if they take this much craftsmanship in their products then there’s no telling how good their other products are.

Arrived with the power cord cut in half. Poor quality control.
