i had accidentally put in the wrong address, and emailed them if they could fix it before it was sent out. they hadn’t responded in 2 days, so i emailed them again. they took so long to respond and were very disrespectful in their emails back saying they won’t change an address if if do it again, as if it was intentional that i had my auto address wrong. the packaging was fairly good, although my paper receipt in the box was crumpled up as if they didn’t care. after dealing with the online support. i won’t shop from them again.
