Bow

As an avid home espresso brewer, I enjoy the experience that comes from trying new beans from different roasting companies. Freshness is the key quality that I look for in my beans. I have to say that Crickle Creek Coffee Roasters are hands down the best at delivering freshly roasted coffee beans. I ordered three bags of the Bow blend, and two days later it showed up at my door freshly roasted and stamped from the day I made the order. They are certainly true to their word on producing made to order roasted beans. I ordered another three bags within two weeks and was welcomed with the same satisfying experience of freshly roasted beans. Outstanding! I’ve yet to find a company within the last 4 years that can provide this level of service of freshness. The quality of the beans were consistent from bag to bag. The Bow blend is a dark roast with a rich and intense flavour that you would expect from a high quality bean. Excellent for espresso based drinks and home brewing. Even after a couple of weeks, the last bag of beans held their consistency in flavour and still produced a very satisfying espresso shot. Top notch quality! The packaging is of high calibre and nicely designed to lock in the freshness with a resealable opening. In my opinion, Crickle Creek Coffee Roasters are the best roasting company I have had the pleasure of purchasing from. Highly recommend for freshness and flavour! Can’t wait for the next order!

I picked up my first order of coffee from the store front location. Alejandro gave me a warm welcome and was happy to answer some of my questions about the different coffees. The first bag I tried was Bow and it is just as described! Flavourful, bold and not bitter. I could be my favorite, but I won’t know for sure until I try a few of the others I have my eye on.
