Pleased with Kiln

Kiln came within the time they first told us it would. In great shape. With no instructions. The furniture kit could of been better made, to the kiln and stronger for what we paid for. But all and all we are pleased with the kiln and the service from Soul Ceramic

Great Customer Service

So happy with my RMII 2329 Evenheat Kiln that arrived a few days ago. I’m still in the process of setting it up and installing the Orton Vent System, so haven’t fired it yet. But I must say Soul Ceramics customer service was the best and the shipping from Evenheat was also good. I received a call when it would arrive and the driver offloaded the kiln and waited while I unpacked it. It was very well-paced as well! Both Soul Ceramics and Evenheat were very helpful with tech questions!
