Although I am a 38" waist, the XL was still a good fit for me. The shape up front is excellent for preventing wardrobe malfunction and hiding any VPL. I highly recommend these.

This was 1 of 4 that I purchased. The size, fit are great! The sizing chart provided helped select appropriate garment(s). I'd say 'true to size'. They are beautiful and I can't wait to wear them in Mexico next month.
