Sound of Summer - Recycled Sand Free Beach Towel

Only ordered as i asked for the head towel in a specific colour. I checked with customer service prior to purchase, they were happy to assist, but they sent the wrong colour and blamed me for purchasing at the wrong time. Instead of offering to return the head towel for the correct colour no solution was offered apart from refund. I had purchased more items as gifts and they will now be returned. I had also purchased many products in the past and never had an issue. Didnt think i was asking an unreasonable request. But customer service has completely failed and I was left feeling really disappointed with the lack of customer service. I will now look at supporting another Australian company for gifts in the future and will advise others to not purchase from Nakie. A simple fix could have made me very happy and I would have continued to purchase and recommend this company bit unfortunately that was too difficult. Poor form Nakie

Nakie is a brilliant Aussie company. Their products are fantastic & even better they promote ethical standards, environment care. A true win, win, win company. I love this towel - it is well made and so functional and compact. Great for use any time but especially fantastic for travel. Also love that it comes in its own pouch/bag. Highly recommend this product and Nakie PS The family all love their Nakie blankets & towels.
