Scull and crossbones hat

The first scull and crossbones hat i bought was from the Nauticalia shop in Covent garden In London, which has long since gone. Unfortunately this one i bought to replace the old one is not of the same quality, as well as having only only a velcro fastener instead of the brass adjustment strap which the original had .It looks like they have changed suppliers, and reduced the quality of the hat, pity because the first one looked good and was a good fit . ( On the way to the charity shop I think )
