Add Premium Protection Plan

Visually, the recliner chair looks very nice and the material feels soft to the touch. However, overall I am disappointed with this purchase and would personally rate it no more than two stars. One of the biggest issues was that the chair I received was not exactly as pictured on the website. I was never informed prior to purchasing that the design had been changed, which was very disappointing and misleading. I specifically chose this chair based on the advertised design and features. While the chair looks attractive, it does not feel very sturdy and has a slight wobbliness to it. In addition, the cushioning is not very supportive and the chair is not nearly as comfortable as I expected for the price. I did communicate with customer service regarding the discrepancy between the website photos and the actual product. Although they responded, the overall experience and resolution did not leave me satisfied. Unfortunately, despite the nice appearance and soft fabric, the overall quality, comfort, and accuracy of the product did not meet my expectations.

My husband so far loves it. It is still being broke in. The look and the feel is amazing. Will recommend to our friends and family.

There is no better company for service than Irene House . I have posted my story about my interaction with them on numerous Frugal Facebook pages (totally over 100,000 viewers) because it us so unbelievablly awesome. Numerous people have said the will look into buying from them. Long story short...Great service, great quality product but best of all...No Hassel Warranty Response. Love them.
