The Warmest Wool Short Coat - Fawn

Wore it during 20 degree weather.

I really liked how this coat looks in the photos. I found a great sale and jumped on it. I’m usually between the small and medium in many things. Medium was in stock, final sale, sooo I took the plunge and placed the order. I unboxed the coat and tried it on and it felt way too big and pretty wrinkled. I so wish I could have exchanged it for the small, but I don’t even think it was in stock and final sale. I hung it in my closet for a few days deciding what to do. I tossed it in the dryer on low to try and get some wrinkles out. It helped give it a better overall look. I decided to wear this coat as a boxy style, still cute, but I like things more fitted/structured. One thing I noticed during the day after having my hands in the pockets is that a hole in the seam developed very quickly. It seems to be good quality otherwise. Lastly, I wore it today and it was 20 degrees Fahrenheit, so pretty cold, and it kept me warm while I was outside waiting for my kids at the bus stop. The 80% wool really does keep the warmth in. I think I will learn to love this coat.

The coat is cute but the sleeves are too long. Size down if you want a more tailored look.

This coat is great! Only complaint is the sleeves are a little long but not long enough that I’m not keeping it. I originally ordered a large but returned for the medium and it’s great! Love the length.
