Premium Print

It wasn’t even on heavy paper, and it was rolled in a tube and even now, days later, it won’t flatten. I was originally sad it didn’t make it in time to be delivered on Father’s Day, so I went to a print store and printed it on some heavy paper with gold leafing and presented it that way. For how cute the game is, I’m way disappointed in the physical print part of things.

The "premium print" is just a slightly blurry poster printed out onto light weight card stock. I craft a lot so trust me I know the difference. If I would have know thats what it was I wouldn't have paid the extra $15(was on sale). I would have just gotten the digital file and printed it myself. Edited to add that it didn't say what it was on the link I used. Just said "premium print" and a picture of a white rectangle. No other description. I see this app has a better description of it. Edit #2 Upping to 4 stars for the email I just got from them trying to rectify the situation. Fastest customer service I have ever gotten from anywhere.
