Bought the first version of these over 10 years ago. Plastic ring on breathing shaft failed so reached out to get a replacement. Don’t make that one anymore so they gave us a deep discount on two new version 3s and we love them even more than the originals!! Great customer service. Friendly, responsive, helpful. We are big fans and highly recommend their products. Especially for men with facial hair. No leaky masks, or water in your breathing tube. Great way to experience the underwater world!!

Great customer support

These masks are much better than traditional ones, being able to breath thru mouth and nose feels much better than just mouth. And if you have a mustache then this is the best option for you. Unfortunately, the plastic clip on one of the masks developed a crack, eventually causing it to come loose and sink to the bottom of the ocean. Contacted customer support and they were able to replace it no questions asked! They even gave the option for a full refund! However we love the masks so much we preferred a replacement.
