Long term customer here, thousands of dollars over the years. Quality is always good, but customer service has disappeared. I tried to make a 500$ purchase and have my items sent to my other residence and the charge was cancelled 6xs. Yes, the culprit is cyber prevention. But after 10 emails back and forth, and calling the mothership in Boston (to no evail), no one from Tracksmith attempted to help me make the purchase. I have finally after 2 weeks given up. I’ll have to find another quality long sleeve shirt (Twighlight type) to run in. Such a shame…. This company has lost a veteran customer & Marine.
